Writer Kim Eun Sook unveils details of new drama

Ilgan Sports via Naver:  [Exclusive] Writer Kim Eun Sook's next work is named 'Mr. Sunshine' 

'Mr Sunshine' is set from the time period of 1900 to 1905 before the Japanese colonial rule (1910~1945). The story is about a young man who boarded a warship to United States during the US expedition to Korea in 1871. His newfound identity as a soldier led him to be stationed to his homeland Joseon where he meets and falls in love with a young woman of noble birth. The drama will be directed by Lee Eung Bok and scheduled to air in early 2018.
